We invite horse-lovers who are looking for a hands-on, relaxing environment to join our facility.

We foster a co-operative partial board philosophy. This means that each boarder takes turns feeding and cleaning. This greatly reduces the cost of board. There are opportunities to cut costs further with extra feeding/cleaning tasks.

The property is grassy with a smattering of mature oak and pine trees. Horses have access to both stalls and pastures throughout the day and are only locked in during feedings. There is a refreshing pond where the horses drink or play and cool off. Miles of trails wind through an adjoining nature preserve along the Econ river. Dirt access roads provide additional safe riding space.

Horses are partitioned into different pastures based on how they get along. Safety of people and animals is our primary concern.

Animal lovers live on site providing nearly perpetual oversight of the animals.

The property is 3 miles from the University of Central Florida in unincorporated Oviedo. We are near many conveniences, but far enough away to relax.

This is a safe, quiet, laid back environment with free-range chickens and a barn pig.

We have a great group of boarders who really watch out for one another and deeply care for the horses.
